What is the University Foundation Programme (UFP)?
The UFP is a one-year programme that prepares international students for undergraduate study at a UK university. At Galaxy, it is delivered through our exclusive partnership with North London Grammar School. OCN London accreditation applies through the London campus.
What is the minimum English requirement to enrol?
The UFP typically requires a minimum IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent. Students who do not yet meet this can first complete our IELTS preparation course at Galaxy — we help you get there.
What is the advantage of studying the UFP in Abuja?
Studying in Abuja means you pay significantly less than the London campus, no UK visa is needed at this stage, and you still get the same NLGS-quality curriculum. You finish your foundation year locally, then proceed directly to your chosen university abroad.
