Affordable Degrees in Europe for Nigerian Students — Medicine, Engineering, Business & More | Early Bird Scholarship 2026

Affordable Degrees in Europe for Nigerian Students — Medicine, Engineering, Business & More | Early Bird Scholarship 2026
If you are a Nigerian student looking for affordable degrees in Europe, this is one opportunity worth paying attention to. Western Balkans University (WBU) in Albania is offering an Early Bird Scholarship for the 2026–2027 academic year — bringing tuition fees to some of the lowest available for European-accredited programmes in Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, Computer Science and more.
The deadline to qualify is 31 May 2026.
Why Nigerian Students Are Choosing Affordable Degrees in Europe
For many Nigerian families, the UK, US, and Canada are becoming harder to access — rising tuition, stricter visa policies, and high living costs. Affordable degrees in Europe for Nigerian students have become a real and practical alternative, with programmes taught fully in English, internationally recognised qualifications, and tuition fees a fraction of what you would pay in English-speaking countries.
Albania, located in Southeast Europe, has emerged as one of the most accessible entry points into the European Higher Education Area. Western Balkans University is one of the leading institutions there — with a Medicine curriculum developed in partnership with the University of Cambridge, and programmes accredited under European academic standards.
What Is the Early Bird Scholarship?
Students who apply before 31 May 2026 qualify for the Early Bird price — the lowest tuition available for each programme. This is not a one-year discount. It applies throughout your entire programme, as long as you maintain a minimum GPA of 7.0 out of 10 each academic year.
If your GPA drops below 7.0, the scholarship is paused for the following year. Maintain your grades, and it continues.
